Program Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a (Global) Program Manager. As a Program Manager you will be responsible for managing in several different locations the onsite supply chain programs of larger high-tech customer(s) in close cooperation with different customer channel managers responsible for the assigned accounts.

You ensure annual profit, efficiency, and deliverable goals are attained at each client engagement. You will report to the Business Unit Manager.

We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented 2nd Line Service Desk Employee to join our IT Infrastructure team. You will provide technical support to international users, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to infrastructure projects.
