The Flex HR Service team truly is the hub of our organization. We are the first point of contact for our employees and ensure their HR questions are handled efficiently and accurately. In addition, we collaborate with our Global Business Support (GBS) department in Romania, where part of the Dutch HR processes are managed. We also support our HR colleagues, consisting of an HR Manager, two HR Business Partners, and a Learning & Development Specialist.
