What you will be doing:
Provide 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network issues;
Install and configure IT infrastructure (Windows, Apple, mobile, telephony);
Manage ServiceDesk tickets and communicate effectively with users;
Support users remotely and on-site;
Maintain IT assets and documentation;
Participate in IT projects and customer relocations;
What you need:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role;
MBO-4 level education or higher;
Strong knowledge of Windows 10+, Active Directory, MS Office/365;
Familiarity with LAN/WAN/WiFi, VPN, and ITIL (certification preferred);
Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus;
Valid driver’s license (Venlo/Venray locations).
