Flex provides end-to-end visibility through Control Tower and Transport Management services for its customers. As part of the Flex Sketch-to-Scale solution approach, the Control Tower delivers solutions tailored to customer needs.
We are looking to strengthen our Control Tower Customer Focus Team (CFT) with a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will act as the central operational coordination point between our customers, warehouse operations, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for planning, coordination, communication, and administrative control to ensure smooth inbound and outbound flows and strong service performance.
You will be part of a dedicated Control Tower team supporting either an existing or a newly onboarded customer. In this position, you will report to the Account Management Coordinator.
