Customer Focus Team Employee - Medical

We are looking for a Customer Focus Team location Venlo (CFT) Employee who is responsible for the planning, communication, and other administrative tasks for one of our medical customers. You make sure that the goods of the customers arrive and leave our warehouse on time.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, chat, and other communication channels;
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by providing accurate, complete, and timely information;
  • Manage customer orders, returns, replacements, complaints, customer feedback and account inquiries;
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues;
  • Follow up on customer requests regarding urgent orders, workorders and other issues;
  • Support process improvements that enhance the customer experience;
  • Manage and prioritize daily workload to meet or exceed service-level agreements;
  • Monitor the progress of your own department and of the warehouse;
  • Collaborate closely with other departments;
  • Monitor the KPIs and identify deviations in time;
  • Participate in daily and weekly internal and external progress meetings;
  • Compiling various reports;
  • Mapping out common problems, solving them and thinking along in optimizing the process;
  •  Keeping work instructions up to date. 

What do you need?

  • Education and/or experience equivalent to an MBO+/HBO level or degree;
  • Experience in international Customer Service / Sales Support environment is an advantage;
  • Administrative skills;
  • Experience with WMS/ERP systems and very good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Good communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage);
  • Flexible, structured, accurate, service-oriented, and able to keep overview.

Continuous improvement lead

The Continuous improvement Lead (CI lead) is part of the PMO & Engineering department and reports to the Business & Operations Excellence Manager. As a CI lead, you will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and implementing Lean process improvements within our warehouse logistics operations. Customer Service Representative

Within our logistics service organization in the Netherlands , the 'Control Tower' is a centralized hub containing a number of disciplines that manage the end-to-end supply chain management for customers. The international transport flows and stock movements for customers are efficiently managed in various result areas. For the benefit of our large international high-tech accounts, we want to strengthen ourselves with a Customer Service Representative. You are the point of contact for the customer, end customer, carriers and you ensure a good relationship by providing accurate and timely information about current shipments. The contact usually takes place via our Customer Relationship Management system and e-mail, in addition to required verbal communication. We work in small teams. The location is Oostrum (Venray).
