Customer Advisor

Flex provides end-to-end visibility through Control Tower and Transport Management services for its customers. As part of the Flex Sketch-to-Scale solution approach, the Control Tower delivers solutions tailored to customer needs.

We are looking to strengthen our Control Tower Customer Focus Team (CFT) with a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will act as the central operational coordination point between our customers, warehouse operations, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for planning, coordination, communication, and administrative control to ensure smooth inbound and outbound flows and strong service performance.

You will be part of a dedicated Control Tower team supporting either an existing or a newly onboarded customer. In this position, you will report to the Account Management Coordinator.

For our multi-client site in Venlo, we are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor (1.0 FTE).
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for the optimal management of employees and processes for a new medical customer, with a strong focus on quality, productivity, and safety. You continuously monitor and analyze performance in order to achieve the desired results.

You report to the Warehouse Manager.

To further strengthen our expertise, we are looking for a (Senior) Customer Advisor Supply Chain to join our Control Tower team. In this key role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and continuous improvement.

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who is eager to learn and passionate about quality, customer satisfaction, compliance, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will support the development of our Quality Framework and help maintain the tools we use across the organization.

You will also assist our internal audit team, help with basic administration of Quality tools (Compliance Quest), support analysis and reporting activities, and contribute to various department projects.

As a Medical Project Engineer you provide support for various customer-oriented implementations and optimizations of logistics concepts and processes. You will be working on the implementation of a new customer. 

You will be a member of the Medical Engineering team.

We are looking for a Customer Focus Team (CFT) Employees who is responsible for the planning, communication, and other administrative tasks for one our medical customers. You make sure that the goods of the customers arrive and leave our warehouse on time. You will be a part of a team for either our current or our new customer.

We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented 2nd Line Service Desk Employee to join our IT Infrastructure team. You will provide technical support to international users, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to infrastructure projects.

For the Inventory Management Team, we are looking for an Inventory Analyst who will be responsible for managing inventory through processing, analyzing, and reporting cycle count results.

Additionally, you will analyze all available information to collaborate with other departments in improving processes to achieve better performance.

For Oostrum, we are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator (1.0 FTE). In this role, you are 
responsible for the efficient supply of the logistics operation for a customer , with the 
objective of distributing material in accordance with the agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

In this position, you will report to the Senior Office Manager.
