To support our growing organization, we are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst.
Job Summary
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will support the continuous improvement of supply chain processes by performing analyses, providing insights into performance, and driving improvement initiatives. You will work closely with customers, operational teams, transportation providers, planners, and customer service teams, and report directly to the Manager Control Tower.

What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Analyze and monitor supply chain performance using data and KPIs.
- Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical methodologies.
- Manage and optimize databases and reporting systems to ensure reliable management information.
- Identify improvement opportunities across planning, transportation, operations, and customer service.
- Support and coordinate customer implementation projects.
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for process optimization and decision-making.

We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has a bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Has experience within an international supply chain, logistics, or planning environment.
- Has knowledge of ERP, MRP, WMS, and/or TMS systems.
- Has advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Communicates effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Has strong analytical skills and can translate data into practical solutions.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and turns them into concrete actions.
- Works independently while actively collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Is proactive, accurate, and results-oriented.
- Thrives in a dynamic international work environment.
- Has strong communication skills and can effectively engage stakeholders in improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrates ownership and takes responsibility for results.
