Operational Buyer

As an Operational / Administrative Buyer, you are responsible for the entire ordering process, from request through to delivery and follow-up. You ensure that goods and services are available to the organization on time, in full, and in line with agreed terms.

You work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and the Strategic Procurement department.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues from the Warehouse, Transport, and Quality departments and report directly to the Senior Office Manager.

We have an exciting opportunity for an ICT Infrastructure Teamleader who will make our enthusiastic Infrastructure team complete!

As an ICT Infrastructure Teamleader you are responsible for the day-to-day management of the IT Infrastructure team. Together with your team, you ensure a stable, secure, and reliable IT infrastructure that effectively supports business operations.

You will directly report to the IT Manager. 

Transportation involves much more than just a reliable carrier. One of the most important aspects is obtaining the correct customs documentation. Proper customs documents can prevent shipments from being delayed at border crossings and help avoid unnecessary import duties. It is also essential that goods are delivered to the correct destination, which means the recipient must be properly screened.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Customs & Compliance Manager.

The Sr. Transport Coordinator is working in the field of maintaining and improving efficient international transport logistics processes and networks. Transport/Carrier management is closely linked to the Control Tower and Customer Focus teams, which provides end-to-end transport and supply chain services to international customers with the aim of controlling and optimizing supply chains (cost, quality, and effectiveness). 

We are managing 4Pl and 3Pl services. The position is part of the (site) transportation team and reports to the Procurement & Transportation Manager.

We are looking for a Customer Focus Team (CFT) Employees who is responsible for the planning, communication, and other administrative tasks for one our medical customers. You make sure that the goods of the customers arrive and leave our warehouse on time. You will be a part of a team for either our current or our new customer.
