Financial rewards & compensation
We make sure your hard work is recognized and rewarded. For the great work that you do, you’ll get:
- a market-based monthly pay,
- annual salary indexation every year on January 1st,
- in the middle of the year, you may be eligible for a merit increase.
- at the beginning of summer, you will receive an 8% holiday allowance so you can enjoy your time off and recharge.
- group discount on your supplementary health insurance
Thinking about the future, you will be part of our pension plan, where participation is mandatory, with a personal contribution of just 3.2%, building security for your future from day one. We also offer overtime compensation for those situations where you might need to work on a weekend or a public holiday.
Time off & flexibility
We support a healthy work-life balance with generous leave and flexible scheduling, as follows:
- 24 vacation days per year (full-time) plus 7 extra ATV leave days per year (full-time)
- You can sell or purchase vacation days (up to 5)
- We have a flexible working schedule for office employees (start between 7:30 – 9:00 AM)
- Time-for-time or hours bank system for overtime
- Generation pact for employees nearing retirement
If you live within the range of 40 km from our office, you are entitled to a travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer driven.
