Our team will review your details and coordinate with the relevant department to assess the match. If we see shared potential, we’ll invite you to the next step.

You’ll meet your future manager and a colleague from HR. It’s an open conversation about your experience, your ambitions, and what you're looking for in your next role. It’s also your chance to ask us anything—transparency is important to us.

We dive a little deeper. You’ll meet more of the team and get a feel for the department you may be joining. After this conversation, we usually make a decision quickly. If the fit feels right on both sides, we’ll move to the offer stage. Sometimes, we may add an extra round if needed.

We’ll present our offer and walk you through every step of the process — no surprises. Want a gross-net calculation? We’re happy to provide it. Once you say yes, we’ll prepare your contract and arrange a meeting to sign and celebrate the start of your Flex journey in Netherlands.

On your first day, you’ll start with an onboarding program to help you feel at home. You’ll be paired with a buddy to guide you through your first months, and you’ll take part in (online) training sessions to get you up to speed. We’re here to support your success from day one.
