We are looking for an HR Assistant to strengthen our HR Service team. The HR Service team currently consists of an HR Project Manager, a Payroll Specialist, a Senior HR Assistant, and an intern.

The Flex HR Service team truly is the hub of our organization. We are the first point of contact for our employees and ensure their HR questions are handled efficiently and accurately. In addition, we collaborate with our Global Business Support (GBS) department in Romania, where part of the Dutch HR processes are managed. We also support our HR colleagues, consisting of an HR Manager, two HR Business Partners, and a Learning & Development Specialist.

We are looking for a Security Coordinator to lead and coordinate all security-related aspects across our four logistics sites in the Venray–Venlo region.
