The Supply Chain Analyst will be based in Oostrum. This person is part of a support team that optimizes supply chain processes, as well as contributes to the implementation of new customer processes.

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• The process you are supporting is initiating improvement ideas, analyze, implement and hand-over to operations
• Your focus areas are analyzing processes and order flows in order management and transport
• Optimizing processes and (further) developing solutions that support planning, transport, operations, and customer service.
• Supervise implementations of new/optimized processes for customers.
• Contribute to designing new processes for Flex and supply chain partners together with engineering team
• Standardize and develop reporting and visibility for operations to be self-supporting in executing their tasks
• You will create and align on monthly performance reporting’s for key customers

What you’ll need to have to be successful and happy in this role:

• BSc or MSc level, possibly in logistics supply chain/business administration
• Relevant work experience in international Supply Chain/Materials planning
• Knowledge of WMS, TMS, CRM and reporting tools is a recommendation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced office skills, mainly Excel and PowerPoint
• Flexible result-oriented team player
• Good communication skills in English (Dutch not required only nice to have)
• Position can be filled 32-40 hrs.
