Customer Service Representative
You are the point of contact for the customer, end customer, carriers and you ensure a good relationship by providing accurate and timely information about current shipments. The contact usually takes place via our Customer Relationship Management system and e-mail, in addition to required verbal communication. We work in small teams.
What will you be doing?
• Resolving and archiving incoming complaints
• You prepare and participate in weekly and monthly reviews with customers and carriers
• You can solve complex and ad hoc issues independently and quickly
• You initiate corrective actions in case of progress problems and/or complaints.
• You take care of the handling and registration of deviations, returns, claims.
• You contribute to process improvements.
• You make progress reports.
What do you need?
• You have a strong intermediate / Bachelor work and thinking level.
• Experience in international CS / Sales Support environment is a plus
• Experience with different transport modalities (road, rail, air, ocean,) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of customs processes is nice to have, not required
• A service-oriented, proactive and flexible attitude.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Preferably fulltime available
