Customer Focus Team Employee Medical

We have an exciting opportunity for four Customer Focus Team (CFT) Employees Medical (4,0fte) for our new medical customer in Venlo. As an CFT Employee Medical, you will be the intermediate between assigned medical customer(s) and the internal Flex organization. You and your colleguas will be responsible for the delivery of services according to agreed KPI’s/SLA’s to meet customer expectation and ensure that we meet and deliver all day to day operational and commercial aspects of the assigned medical account.

In this role you will report to the Account Management Coordinator medical.

What will you be doing?

• Monitor, oversee and manage customer requests, data and reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure the delivery of products and services within the contract for the assigned customer.
• Act as first point of contact and ensure compliance to contract and/or customer specific
requirements and medical regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement to maximize service quality and profitability and come up
with potential solutions.
• Participate in (improvement) projects.
• Create and provide KPI performance reporting data.
• Support the implementation of new services to customer.

What do you need?

• Bachelor level or degree is required;
• Ambitious starter or 2nd career step in the field of logistics/supply chain (preferably for
healthcare customers);
• Demonstrates operational and process knowledge and interpersonal skills as well as
customer (external and internal) relationship skills;
• Understanding and/or willingness to learn project management, supply chain, logistics
and medical regulations;
• Good administrative skills and knowledge of MS Office/WMS/ERP systems;
• Pro-active, flexible, structured, accurate, service-oriented, quality/medical mindset.
• Advanced English language skills (Dutch is advantage);
