We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager for our multi-client site in Venlo.

You will be responsible for onboarding and managing onsite supply chain programs for a number of clients in close cooperation with different channel managers and Global Account Management teams. You ensure annual profitability, efficiency, and deliverable goals are attained at each client engagement with high customer satisfaction.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
• Driver of KPI delivery for the customer programs, ensure metrics are monitored and actioned;
• Identify and give content to improvement areas to maximize service quality and profitability;
• Negotiates contract terms, Scope of work and/or amends established contract terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers;
• Implement, maintain and comply customer business processes within the quality standards frame;
• Own customer P&Ls, ensure financial targets are met;
• Responsible for the Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for assigned customer accounts;
• Management of business reviews with internal and external stakeholders;
• Be the key channel of communication for the customer and Global Account Management Team relationship ensuring customer satisfaction goals are met;
• Explore additional business opportunities with customer;
• Support/sponsor/lead customer projects, costs and other customer related matters through leadership and expertise;
• Supervise the Customer Focus Team.

Here is some of what you’ll need to be successful and happy in this role:
• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field or equivalent experience;
• A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in program administration/management;
• Demonstrates advanced operational, people management and process knowledge and interpersonal skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge of account management, supply chain, logistics and finance;
• Requires excellent customer relationship and management, interpersonal relationships, leadership, negotiation and communication skills;
• Fluent English required;
